The County Associations in Chicago
Among the many associations set up within the Irish and Irish American Community, are social clubs named after the respective counties. Many of these associations have a membership base and host various events throughout the year that benefit many charities and charitable causes. Some of the associations host their annual dinner dance here at Gaelic Park, e.g. Clare Association, Galway Fellowship Club, Kerry Social and Benevolent Club, Mayo Assoc, Sligo Association, Donegal Association and many more.
