Weekend Banquet Information & Amenities
Price
Price quoted includes sales tax and gratuity. Special prices are available on Friday & Sunday.
Deposit
A deposit of $3.00 per person is required to secure your function.
Guarantee
The guarantee for the Emerald Room on a Saturday night is 250 and 225 or a Friday or Sunday. The other rooms also require minimun guarantees, ask the banquet department for details.
Payment
Final payment is due three days prior to your function and payable by cashier's check or cash.
Menu Selection
A) Final menu selection must be made twelve (12) days prior for your function. All food and beverage consumed at Gaelic Park must be provided by Gaelic Park.
Room Rental
The room rental is for five and a half (5-1/2) hours.
Cancellation
This has to be dealt with in person, with the Banquet Manager only. Deposits are non-refundable.
Amenities
Four (4) hour open bar
One hour of cocktails before dinner and three hours after dinner. your choice of unlimited wine is served with dinner. Additional bar time is available upon request at $2.00 per person per half (1/2) hour. Afternoon weddings have a two and a half hour (2-1/2) bar service.
Tables
Round tables seat ten guests each and can be decorated with coordinated linens in the color of your choice. your cake table, gift table, and card table are all skirted.
Cake
There is no charge to cut and wrap your cake for guests to take home.
Centerpieces
Bud vases, oil lamps, mirrors or votive candleholders are available for your use.
