Deposit
A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your function.

Guarantee
The guarantee for the Emerald Room on a Saturday night is 250 and 225 for a Friday or Sunday. The other rooms also require minimun guarantees, ask the banquet department for details.

Payment
Final payment is due five (5) days prior to your function and payable by cashier's check or cash.

Menu Selection
Final menu selection must be made twelve (12) days prior for your function. All food and beverage consumed at Gaelic Park must be provided by Gaelic Park.

Multiple Entree Selection
If two entrees or differing prices are chosen, the highest charge will apply to all entrees. Chicago Gaelic Park limits entree selections to two (2) entrees per group. (This number does not include vegetarian as a choice.) The client is responsible for providing nametags or place cards that indicate entree selections.

Food Preparation Information
We only use olive oil and select vegetable oil in all our cooking.

Room Rental
The room rental is for five and a half (5-1/2) hours.

Cancellation
This has to be dealt with in person, with the Banquet Manager only. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cake
There is no charge to cut and wrap your cake for guests to take home.

Audio-visual projectors
Chicago Gaelic Park has its own audiovisual equipment. All special equipment and services can be arranged throug our Banquet Department. The charge of $100 per DVD or PowerPoint (Client must supply laptop) and $25 per microphone.

On-site Ceremony
Ceremonies indoor or outdoor can be arranged in conjunction with reception. Additional information available from Banquet Coordinator.

Patio Dining
Functions using the Tara Room have the option of patio dining. Additional information available from the Banquet Department.

Late Night Snack Station
Check with the Banquet Department for menu and pricing options.
