Q) Are you open to the public?
A) Yes, we are open to the public – you do not have to be a member to host a party here
Q) How many rooms do you have?
A) We have 3 banquet rooms that can accommodate 50 – 500 guests
Q) Do you have a wedding coordinator that will work with us on the night of our wedding?
A) Yes, our event coordinator will work with you from the moment you reserve your event, until the night of your wedding. They are also available to answer any questions you may have throughout your planning process.
Q) Do you have a ceremony site where we can have our wedding ceremony?
A) Yes, we have a back patio with overhead coverage that can be used, or the ceremony can be held within the banquet room.
Q) Do you have preferred vendors that you work with?
A) Yes, we have preferred vendors that we work with, from florists, bakeries, d.j., linen and these are available on request.
Q) Do you work with any particular hotel in the area?
A) Yes, we have a special relationship with the Doubletree Hotel, which is located 10 minutes from Gaelic Park. They have a shuttle, which you can reserve, to take your hotel guests back and forth from Gaelic Park.
Q) What are your a/v capabilities?
A) In our Emerald Room, there are 4 hi-def projectors, with 4 drop down 102-inch screens, and a state of-the-art sound system is also in place. The Tara Room is equipped with 3 projectors with 3 drop down 95-inch screens. Sound system set up, upon request. The Celtic Room has also 1 projector and 1 drop down 90-inch screen. Sound System set up, upon request.
Q) Is there a location on site for outdoor photographs?
A) Yes, we have a small garden called the “Volunteer Garden” and it is an ideal location for outdoor photographs.
Q) What are your guest guarantees?
A) The guest guarantee for The Emerald Room, which is the largest room, on a Friday night, is 225 and on Saturday night, it is 250. The Tara Room guest guarantee on Friday night is 150 and on Saturday night is 175. The Celtic Room is 50 on Friday night and 75 on a Saturday night.
Q) Do you accept credit card for payment on a party or a wedding?
A) Final payment for a wedding requires a cashier’s check. Credit cards are not accepted as form of payment for parties; checks and cash are accepted.
Q) Do you have a bridal suite?
A) Yes, there is a bridal room attached to the Emerald Room.
Q) Are chair covers included in your packages?
A) Chair covers are not included in the package, however using our preferred vendors we can provide them at an additional cost.
Q) Do you have a pub that is open after our party ends?
A) Yes, the Carraig pub is open 7 days a week. There is live entertainment featured on Friday and Saturday nights, so it is an ideal place to continue your party.
